MEDICAL OFFICE

A national client that had a legacy of projects coming in over budget due to mismatching of GC capabilities to necessity.  The project-level budget had been set before Ryan was engaged, with “white-glove” General Contractors (GC) suggested. When the Design-Development estimates came back, the lowest was 10% over budget.

Ryan’s project schedule allowed for the implementation and pricing of an ‘Alternates’ list in the Design-Development Documents PLUS the “right-sizing” with a new GC of his selection yielded a $100,000 Budget at Completion (BAC) savings. The project included decomission of the existing clinic and on-time completion of the new clinic.

WELLNESS HOSPITALITY & SPA PROJECT

A new brand with existing operations was undergoing renovations / repositioning and was missing project deadlines.  Ryan was engaged to assist and oversee a final and key phase — the most significant revenue activating component of the asset.

With less than 12-months to completion the final phase came in over-budget.  Through an extensive and intensive “value engineering” exercise pricing was able to be brought inline.  Simultaneously, significant restructuring occured amidst the project, requiring Ryan to guide the project to completion by working tirelessly through the final 60-days, without a single day-off; delivering successfully on-time.
